PUBLIC CALL FOR TENDERS NOTICE FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST AIMED AT ORGANIZING EDUCATIONAL TOURS, FAM TRIP, PRESS AND BLOG TOURS TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PROMOTION OF PUGLIA - YEAR 2023
A.Re.T. Pugliapromozione will organize educational tours, fam trips and press tours on the basis of a calendar of activities (attached) aimed at tour operators, travel agents, journalists, bloggers and photographers, pursuing its strategic goals and the implementation of the Strategic Plan for Tourism according to the available financial resources (allotted with the Strategic Plan for Tourism - Puglia 2022 Destination Promotion project).
The ultimate purpose is to increase the destination reputation, both in Italy and abroad, in terms of preserving and disseminating its heritage assets, and hospitality services, through tour itineraries allowing professional participants to directly discover the places and products , with the aim of promoting and marketing the region's tourism offer, both in established markets and in emerging and potential ones.
With General Manager Decision n.195 of 04 May 2023, this Public Call for tenders is approved also as applies to the schedule of tours, their programs, the hospitality recipients, the methods of presentation, the organization and provision of necessary hospitality services.
The eligibility and approved participation of hospitality recipients (Travel Media Professional, Tour Operator, Travel Agency and MICE operator) and Puglian operators (Sellers) - interested in offering co-marketing services - must take place through the BUYPUGLIA MATCHING PLATFORM (www.dms.puglia.it for seller - www.dms.puglia.it/buypuglia for buyer).
