Expressions of interest for proposals aimed at the supply of advertising communication services under exclusivity management, pursuant to art. 63, par. 2, sub. b), no. 3, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and amendments for the International Communication Plan of Destination Puglia

This Notice is valid from the day of publication until 10/31/2023.
The initial financial endowment is € 1,500,000.00, with the right of increasing it according to the development of the communication plan and the consistency - in qualitative and quantitative terms – and the interest that will be shown by the operators in the referred sector.
In order to encourage off-season tourist flows, A.RE.T Pugliapromozione establishes communication and promotion actions for the destination and tourist products through this Call for Tenders, with particular attention to foreign operators.
The proposals must be delivered according to the information contained in "Brief - INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATION OF DESTINATION PUGLIA FOR THE 2023 SEASON "PUGLIA, UNEXPECTED ITALY" (Italian version reg. no. 0010290-U-2023 of 04.19.2023; English version reg. 0010297-U-2023 of 04.19.2023), approved with Director General Decision 185/2023, relating to the procurement of communication service proposals for the international media plan.

Economic operators eligible to submit expressions of interest are identified pursuant to art. 45 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, with the specific requirement of being holders of exclusive rights on advertising spaces. For example, they can be: publishers, exclusive advertising concessionaires, and event owners/organizers.
